Robert Condy is the founder of Immigration Law Office, LLC, where he exclusively practices immigration law. Robert is admitted to practice before the South Carolina Supreme Court, the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, all Immigration Courts, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. He concentrates on family based immigration and immigration litigation. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar, the Charleston County Bar, the American Immigration Lawyer Association, and the AILA Carolinas Chapter.

Robert currently is a member of the Board of Directors of the Digna Ochoa Center for Legal Immigration Services, a non-profit organization that aids low-income immigrants, and previously worked for Catholic Charities’ Office of Immigration. He earned the CALI Award (American Jurisprudence) in Immigration and Nationality Law.

Robert has personal experience with the immigration process, having adopted a son from China. He has an abiding interest in refugee and asylee relief. In the early 1980s he aided in the resettlement of Cambodian refugees, and since the late 1980s has been involved with Tibetan refugee relief in both India and the U.S. He was the President of a Tibetan refugee relief organization for two years and helped to send a Medical Mission to southern India, and to establish a home and school for children with disabilities in New Delhi. He is proficient in both Spanish and French. Robert is married and has two children.
